The representative of the Supreme Leader in Khorasan Razavi said: "The people's resistance and steadfastness against the enemy is the greatest field of jihad and a factor in the enemy's despair of disrupting the country from within."
Referring to the arrival of the anniversary of the birth of Imam Hasan al-Askari (AS), the father of Imam al-Zaman (AJ), he added: "Tonight is the night of the blessed birth of Imam al-Askari (AS), the father of Imam al-Zaman (AJ), and we have various relationships with tonight's newborn. One relationship is from the sacred lineage of the Eighth Imam (AS), for tonight the fruit of the heart of Imam Reza (AS), namely Imam al-Askari (AS), was born. And the second relationship is that he is the father of Imam al-Zaman (AJ), who is our Imam, our refuge, our shelter, and our master today in all dimensions of life."
Ayatollah Alam al-Huda continued: "Tonight, we honor the father of our living, present, and master Imam, who is the introduction to the birth and appearance of the sacred existence of our master Imam al-Zaman (AJ), and I congratulate this blessed Eid to all brothers and sisters."
Stating that Imam al-Askari (AS), among the Infallible Imams (AS), had the main focus and mission of his Imamate as preparing the Ummah and the Shia for the long occultation of Imam al-Zaman (AJ), he stated: "The goal was that over many centuries and years, people could preserve their religious life and religious society during the occultation of their Imam."
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Khorasan Razavi said: "Fortunately, our sacred Islamic Revolution emerged in the position of providing and preparing the ground for the appearance of that Imam in the world. For forty-seven years, our people have stood by this revolution, and today, the level of the people's guardianship and steadfastness toward this revolution, which paves the way for the appearance of Imam al-Zaman (AJ), is greater than the first days."
Referring to the conditions of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, he noted: "On the day this revolution achieved victory, people did not imagine that a coup had taken place, the tyrannical system had been overthrown, and a religious system was to replace the tyrannical system; the Shah had been expelled from the country, and the clergy, religious authority, and fatwa were to rule the country. Some interpreted this event as a coup that occurred only in this country."
Ayatollah Alam al-Huda added: "On that day, no one understood the depth, nature, development, and expansion of this revolution, except our heroic Imam who was the founder of the revolution and the dear ones affiliated with the Imam; they knew where the field of the revolution's development and expansion extended."
He stated: "Today, we see that the field of expansion of the sacred Islamic Revolution is no longer only this country; rather, it has encompassed many countries, and a revolutionary society has been formed."
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Khorasan Razavi, to explain this matter, said: "We have evidence and examples for this issue. Recently, as the Mecca Pact, three countries – Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Turkey – signed a defense and military pact with one another, such that if one of these three countries is attacked, the other two countries, based on this pact, will come to its aid and support it in all military and defense dimensions."
