Massive demonstrations in support of the Palestinian cause were held in several cities worldwide, including Madrid, Karachi, and Cape Town, and participants, while declaring solidarity with the Palestinian people, called for an end to the war against Gaza.

In Pakistan, thousands of people in the city of Karachi participated in a large march in support of the people of Palestine and the Gaza Strip. This march was held at the invitation of Jamaat-e-Islami, and thousands of men, women, and children, holding Palestinian flags, declared their solidarity with the people of Gaza.
This march encompassed one of the main streets of Karachi, and participants, chanting slogans, emphasized the continuation of popular support for the Palestinian cause and the necessity of supporting the people of this country.
Also, a massive march was held in the city of Cape Town, South Africa, along the Sea Point coastal route, and thousands of supporters of Palestine attended it.
Participants in this march called for an end to the war against Gaza and, holding Palestinian flags and placards supporting the rights of the Palestinian nation, emphasized their solidarity with this cause. A number of political and media figures supporting Palestine also attended this gathering.
These popular movements are taking place as, coinciding with the approach of the third anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation, international calls for holding coordinated programs in various countries have increased.
These programs are held with the aim of demanding an end to the war against Gaza, an end to arms shipments to the Zionist regime, and the trial of officials violating the rights of Palestinian civilians.
Some institutions and international networks supporting Palestine have also announced the holding of coordinated actions in the coming days, which will be accompanied by the participation of organizations, unions, students, and human rights networks in dozens of countries.
According to these programs, marches, protest gatherings, and popular activities will be held in various cities worldwide – an action that indicates the continuation of global popular presence and support for the Palestinian cause.
These movements are taking place on the eve of October 7, the third anniversary of the start of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation in 2023 – an operation after which the Zionist regime's widespread war against the Gaza Strip began and once again turned the Palestinian issue into the main axis of many popular movements in the world.
The recent marches are part of a broad and continuous popular movement that continues in the form of public marches, protest gatherings, student activities, and programs of trade unions, and emphasizes an end to arms shipments to the Zionist regime, an end to occupation, and support for the right of the Palestinian nation to self-determination.
