Israel Is a Terrorist Regime / Israel’s Crimes in Gaza Have Surpassed All Boundaries of Humanity

The Malaysian Consultative Council of Islamic Organizations (MAPIM) has issued a statement condemning Israel’s recent systematic use of devastating thermobaric and incendiary weapons in Gaza.

According to Taghrib News Agency(TNA), Azmi Abdul Hamid, President of MAPIM, strongly condemned Israel’s organized deployment of U.S.-supplied thermobaric and high‑heat weapons in Gaza—munitions capable of vaporizing human bodies and depriving families of even the right to bury their loved ones.

A comprehensive investigation published by Al Jazeera on 10 February 2026 revealed that these weapons, which generate temperatures exceeding 3,500°C, have caused nearly 3,000 Palestinians to “disappear” entirely. These individuals were not simply killed or buried; they were chemically erased.
This Is Not an Allegation—It Is Documented Reality
Civil defense teams in Gaza have recorded that since October 2023, 2,842 Palestinians have been “vaporized.” These findings are based on field investigations, survivor testimonies, and biological evidence such as blood spatter and scattered tissue fragments.
These numbers are not estimates or propaganda.
They represent names without bodies, mothers without graves, and children without shrouds.
The investigation also confirms the use of internationally prohibited weapons, including MK‑84, BLU‑109, and GBU‑39 bombs—munitions designed to incinerate everything within enclosed spaces while leaving structures standing. They burn, suffocate, and disintegrate human tissue within seconds.
This behavior is beyond warfare, beyond occupation, and beyond crimes against humanity.
It is the deliberate annihilation of human existence.
Israel’s Conduct Is the Conduct of a Terrorist Regime
Israel is using weapons that cannot distinguish between a fighter and a child. It is a state that vaporizes human beings through heat, pressure, and chemical reactions—destroying not only life, but memory, mourning, and dignity. Yet Israel does not act alone.
Abdul Hamid holds the United States and Western suppliers morally and legally complicit. These weapons were not used accidentally; they were manufactured, licensed, shipped, and deployed with full knowledge of their effects. This has turned the genocide in Gaza into a global crime—enabled by power, shielded by vetoes, and sanitized by silence.
International Justice Has Collapsed in the Face of Gaza’s Suffering
Despite provisional measures by the International Court of Justice and arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court, the killing continues—through bombardment, starvation, siege, and denial of medical aid.
This is not a failure of evidence.
It is a failure of will.
It is the exposure of a system that protects perpetrators and abandons victims.
MAPIM Calls for the Following:
1-Immediate international action to halt all military, logistical, and financial support to Israel.
2-Prosecution of Israeli leaders and all accomplices under universal jurisdiction.
3-Establishment of an independent international tribunal to investigate the use of thermobaric and incendiary weapons in Gaza.
4-Full protection and unrestricted access for forensic investigators, medical teams, and humanitarian organizations.
5-Recognition of Israel as a rogue and terrorist state that has forfeited any claim to moral legitimacy.
“To the families who ask: ‘Where did they go?’—the world owes you an answer.”
And more than that, the world owes you justice.
Silence now is not neutrality; it is complicity.
