Threatening Remarks by U.S. President Strengthen Iran’s Resolve to Defend Its Dignity, Independence

According to Taghrib News Agency(TNA), Mamusta Esmail Mahmoudi, while condemning the statements of the U.S. president and reaffirming support for the leadership and national unity, issued a statement.

The statement reads: With reliance on divine grace and under the wise leadership of the Supreme Leader, the courageous and resilient Iranian nation has, over the past forty-seven years, stood with unparalleled unity and cohesion against the satanic conspiracies of global arrogance led by criminal America. With strength and determination, the nation has defended the foundations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, its independence, freedom, and territorial integrity.

He added: As a Sunni cleric who takes pride in serving under the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, I declare that the Iranian nation—regardless of sect or ethnicity—has gathered like an unshakable mountain around the institution of Wilayat al-Faqih and the wise leadership of the Islamic Revolution, and will respond forcefully to any threat or conspiracy by the enemies.
Mamosta Mahmoudi emphasized that the threatening rhetoric of the U.S. president and other arrogant leaders merely intensifies their animosity toward the honorable Iranian nation and further consolidates the determination of Iran’s Islamic Ummah to defend its dignity, independence, and revolutionary values.
He noted that, in accordance with the guidance of the Supreme Leader, national unity and Islamic cohesion remain at the forefront of the nation’s actions, and by God’s grace, the enemies will never succeed in their malicious objectives of sowing division or harming this great nation.
In conclusion, he warned that the Iranian nation and the armed forces loyal to the Revolution are fully prepared to confront any aggression or threat with a decisive and unforgettable response, as they have demonstrated in the past. He affirmed that the sacred land of Islamic Iran will be safeguarded by the strength and resolve of faithful men.
