In martyrdom, Imam Khamenei has achieved eternal life

Crescent International

Martyred in the Israeli strike on his office on February 28, the Rahbar, Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei has achieved eternal life.

The noble Qur’an declares:

“And say not of those who are slain [on a course to Him] in Allah’s cause, ‘They are dead’: they are alive, nay, but you perceive it not” (Surat al-Baqarah, ayat 154).

Also martyred in the dastardly attack were several members of the Rahbar’s family.

His daughter, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and several grandchildren were among those who were martyred.

One granddaughter, Zahra Mohammadi Golpayegani was only 14 months old.

This is what the zionist war criminals do best: kill innocent children, as they have been doing in Gaza since October 2023.

A number of army and Revolutionary Guards commanders meeting the Rahbar at the time also achieved martyrdom.

In its statement following the announcement of the Rahbar’s martyrdom, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) said the Iranian people have lost a great leader.

He was the “one who, in purity of spirit, strength of faith, prudence in affairs, courage against the arrogant powers, and striving in the path of God, was unparalleled in his era.”

“His martyrdom at the hands of the most wretched terrorists and executioners of humanity is a sign of the righteousness of this great leader and the acceptance of his sincere services,” read the statement.

IRGC said the martyrdom in the path of Islam and great Iran “is a sign of victory and drawing closer to the goal; yet with the martyrdom and migration unto God of Imam Khamenei (may God be pleased with him), his path and legacy will not be halted, but will continue with strength and grandeur.”

“This martyrdom will make our nation more resolute in continuing the luminous path of the beloved Imam Khamenei,” the statement noted.

“The criminal and terrorist act of the wicked US, zionist regimes constitutes a clear violation of religious, moral, legal, and customary principles; therefore, the hand of vengeance of the Iranian nation, for severe, decisive, and regret-inducing punishment of the killers of the Imam of the Ummah, will not release them.”

The Rahbar’s security personnel urged him on a number of occasions to move to a more secure place or transfer to a bunker.

His residence and office in what is referred as the Rahbari, are quite vulnerable.

This is a modest compound in the heart of Tehran.

Imam Khamenei refused.

He said that the “90 million people of Iran are also vulnerable to enemy attacks.

“Unless you can provide them shelter, I cannot abandon them.”

He preferred martyrdom to personal safety, unlike the terrorists Trump and Netanyahu.

The zionist security committee held its meeting not in Tel Aviv but in Berlin.

Netanyahu and his henchmen fled the country to the relative safety of Germany as Iranian missiles slammed the entity.

Sooner or later, an Iranian missile will find its way into the sewer where Netanyahu and his henchmen are hiding like rats.

The IRGC said on March 2 that its missiles scored a direct hit at Netanyahu’s office and the residence of the airforce chief.

Their fate is unknown.

In attacking Iran, Trump believed the Iranian people will rise up, come out into the streets and overthrow the Islamic government.

They came out into the streets but not to overthrow the government.

They expressed their outrage at the dastardly crime committed by the US-zionist terrorists.

They are shouting “Death to America” and “Long live the Martyr Khamenei!”

The people of Iran are saying: no to Trump, no to America, no to Israel.

No to Pahlavi.

Yes to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Such people can never be defeated.

The Rahbar had on a number of occasions spoken out about his death.

He did not want to die in bed.

As a descendant of Imam Hussein, he wanted a martyr’s death in the service of Islam and his people.

The Rahbar was in his office, carrying out his duties as the Leader of the Islamic revolution when the missiles struck.

He wasn’t hiding.

He was working, serving his people until the last moments of his life on earth.

He, his family and the commanders sacrificed themselves for Iran.

Their sacrifices, like tens of thousands of others before them, have only strengthened the resolve of the people to stand up for their Islamic principles and freedom with dignity.

It should be clear: the US-zionist war is not just against Iran, it is against Islam.

Muslims must realize that the rapists of underage girls are waging war on anybody who questions their depravity and greed.

This is also the challenge for all people of conscience everywhere.

They must rise up and stop these terrorists from killing more innocent people.
