Terrorism Thy Name Is US

The Islamic Republic of Iran has rightly designated as a "terrorist outfit” the whole US CENTCOM (Central Command), which for the past several years has disturbed the peace and stability of West Asia, North Africa, and Central Asia, by igniting wars, either directly or indirectly through its agents like Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and various terrorist groups, with the resulting bloodbaths leading to the death of tens of thousands of men, women, and children (in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan and Libya), in addition to displacement of millions of other people.

The rather belated move, which if made several years earlier would have rid the region of the filthy presence of the American armed intruders and spared it from Takfiri terrorists as well as the state terrorism of Saudi Arabia, is nonetheless a welcome measure that comes in retaliation to the devilish declaration of the roguish regime of Donald Trump in branding the famed humanitarian organisation, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), as "terrorists”.

The gangster Mike Pompeo, who poses as US Secretary of State, tried to put up a brave face on Monday when he announced the vicious decision of the White House, while the contours on his face coupled with his tone, betrayed trepidations deep down in his heart of the dire consequences awaiting the US for its blundering move, which as the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, said on Tuesday with full confidence, is bound to badly boomerang.

Pompeo could barely conceal his fears of the decisive response from Iran, when he said Iran should think twice before coming up with any retaliatory measures.

He was trying a big bluff of the supposed American military might, when all the world knows that the US is a paper tiger, as has been proven by the disastrous defeats of the forces it trained and armed, whether official armies or non-state terrorists, when pitted against the popular mobilization units trained and armed by the IRGC – in Syria, in Iraq, in Yemen, and in Lebanon where the legendry anti-terrorism movement, the Hezbollah shattered the might of invincibility of the illegal Zionist regime during the 33 day war of 2006.

The very name of the IRGC sends shivers down the spines of the terrorists in Washington which have again badly miscalculated by thinking that the label of terrorism will undermine the role of the IRGC is defending humanitarian values both at home and abroad, including the campaign against terrorism, which in coordination with the regional people of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, and other places, defeated American designs to dominate the region.

It is also interesting to note that the vicious American move came on the eve of the IRGC Day as the blessed birthday of the Chief of Martyrs, Imam Husain (AS) is marked in the Islamic Republic of Iran as a tribute to the heroism of the IRGC during the 8-year war the US had imposed on Iran in the 1980s through Saddam of the repressive Ba’th minority regime of Baghdad.

As pointed out by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution: "The U.S. and other ignorant enemies have done anything they could against the Islamic Republic of Iran, yet they failed to achieve a single thing. Today, the Revolution and the Islamic Establishment have become powerful in the region and the world.”

Ayatollah Khamenei regarded the IRGC as an eminent entity at the forefront of the struggle for peace and stability, by pointing out: LThe IRGC leads the fight in operational fields, confronting the enemies at our borders; and even thousands of kilometers away from the frontiers, around the shrine of Seyyedah Zainab (SA) in Damascus; as well as in political confrontations with enemies.

In short, the US animosity against Iran has entered a new phase, and the latest move of Trump and his team of tramps, will indeed lead to the triumph of the people of the region by speeding up the retreat of all American terroristic soldiers from the whole region, and with it the end of the illegal Zionist entity, as well as that of the reactionary Arab regimes, which are the real terrorists in West Asia.
