The Zionist regime is the enemy of all humanity

Secretary of the "Islamic Action Front" in Interview with TNA

Sheikh Sharif Tutiyo, Secretary of the Islamic Action Front in Lebanon and member of the Board of Trustees of the Tawhid al-Islami Movement, in an interview with Taghrib News Agency(TNA), spoke about the latest situation of Hezbollah amid ongoing Zionist aggression and intensified U.S. pressure along with mercenary groups inside Lebanon.

He emphasized: Islamic resistance, and specifically Hezbollah, is a completely Lebanese party—its identity is Lebanese, its social environment is Lebanese, and its popular base is Lebanese, encompassing all sects and denominations. Resistance is a completely natural and legitimate right for any nation whose land has been occupied and violated by an aggressor enemy. This right is affirmed by all divine religions and human laws.
He added: Therefore, Hezbollah’s resistance—like that of other Lebanese groups who believe in jihad and resistance to liberate land and expel the criminal, usurping Zionist occupier—is a legitimate resistance.
Sheikh Tutiyo stressed: Resistance is, first, an idea and thought, and second, an option. It is an idea that does not die, and there will always be men who carry this option, even if it requires great sacrifices and martyrdom. No matter how painful the enemy’s blows, resistance remains the choice of fighters and heroic commanders—even if they fall as martyrs.
He explained that the idea of resistance will never disappear, and many men will be nurtured to carry its banner. This is exactly what happened with the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon: its leaders and commanders, foremost among them the most sacred martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din, and other first-rank commanders, sacrificed themselves for Jerusalem and the defense of Lebanon and its people. The latest among them was Sayyed Tabatabai, Abu Ali, who was martyred.
On Iran’s stance, he said: There is no doubt that the Islamic Republic of Iran, which raises the slogan of supporting the oppressed and downtrodden of the world, continues to stand by the Islamic and national resistance of Lebanon and the Palestinian resistance. Iran strongly supports Lebanon and Palestine in confronting the criminal usurping occupiers. This principled and responsible position of the Islamic Republic and its wise leadership is clear and evident to all.
Regarding U.S. and Zionist efforts against the weapons of resistance, he said: As Imam Musa Sadr described, “Weapons are the adornment of men,” especially in the face of a hostile, usurping, and occupying enemy such as the criminal Zionist regime, whose crimes in beloved Palestine, proud Gaza, and honorable Lebanon exceed imagination.
He added: The Zionist regime continues committing crimes, genocide, and savage wars without feeling any deterrent or accountability. As the world knows, this aggressor is a criminal, satanic enemy whose foundation is bloodshed and killing innocents—a usurping, expansionist enemy that continues settlement building.
Sheikh Tutiyo continued: This enemy openly proclaims the slogan “Israel from the Euphrates to the Nile,” repeated by its officials and military officers, even inscribed on their uniforms. It is a usurping, criminal, vengeful, expansionist, bloodthirsty enemy that adheres to no treaty, international law, or ceasefire, but openly violates them all.
He emphasized: Therefore, the Zionist regime is the enemy of all humanity. For this reason, the existence of resistance and its weapons guarantees Lebanon’s preservation, sovereignty, independence, and protection of its institutions. Years of battle against this aggressor confirm that without resistance and weapons, the enemy would not have withdrawn from our land in 2000 after decades of occupation. Likewise, in the July 2006 war, resistance created heroic epics, thwarted the enemy’s expansionist schemes, and established a balance of deterrence.
He added: We face a criminal enemy that kills children, women, the elderly, and innocents; commits assassinations; burns and destroys homes, factories, and workshops; and continues its aggression and occupation. How could we possibly surrender our weapons? If we give up our arms, what fate awaits us? Surrendering weapons would certainly mean massacre and genocide. For us, dying in battle against this enemy is an honor. Our weapons are our dignity, honor, and pride.
On the assassination of commander martyr Sayyed Tabatabai and Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem’s vow of retaliation, Sheikh Tutiyo said: We are commanded to be patient and insightful, enduring the calamities that befall us, just as prophets and believers did. As the Qur’an says (Al-Imran 3:146): “And how many a prophet fought with him large bands of godly men, but they never lost heart for what befell them in Allah’s way, nor did they weaken, nor did they abase themselves. And Allah loves the steadfast.”
Our first duty is patience. We face a tyrannical enemy that threatens us daily, strikes us, kills and assassinates our youth and men.
He added: The enemy seeks to weaken heroic resistance through daily attacks, but resistance has a higher goal: preserving itself, supporting it, and working seriously to rebuild and compensate losses. If the criminal usurping enemy launches a large-scale ground invasion of Lebanon, resistance will confront it with full force. Resistance is lying in wait and will certainly fight back. As Sheikh Naim Qassem said, resistance will enter a Karbala-like battle to prevent Lebanon’s occupation and foil the enemy’s malicious schemes.
On the recent aggression against proud southern Dahiya and the assassination of Sayyed Tabatabai, he said: As Sheikh Naim Qassem stated, resistance will certainly respond to this Zionist crime.
Regarding the duty of regional countries and nations, he said: As I mentioned earlier, the Zionist regime is a criminal, bloodthirsty entity thirsty for innocent blood. It seeks domination over the entire region, preventing others from becoming strong or possessing weapons stronger than its own. For this reason, it incites the malicious U.S. government to bomb and strike Islamic Iran to weaken and fragment it, creating internal strife—just as it previously waged a twelve-day war against Iran. Today, too, it prepares for war, with all hostile regimes standing by it. This enemy is faithful to no treaty. Therefore, one must never be heedless of such an enemy; vigilance, caution, and readiness are essential. Every scenario is possible, so we must always be alert and prepared.
In conclusion, this Sunni Lebanese scholar prayed: “May God protect Islamic Iran, the Islamic and national resistance of Lebanon, the Palestinian resistance—especially Islamic Jihad and Hamas—and all countries and groups of the resistance axis in the region from every evil and harm.”
