The statement emphasizes that amidst the ongoing atrocities by the Zionist regime and the silence of international bodies, the historical responsibility of scholars at this critical juncture demands unity and practical action to halt the genocide in Gaza.

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Dear brothers, wise and aware scholars of the Islamic world;
The time has come when there is no longer room for silence, merely speaking, or reading statements. Today, divine verses and the pure principles of Islam call us to incessant action and a real role-playing in the field.
Our religious, divine, and human responsibility dictates that we stand against the systematic crimes against the oppressed people of Gaza; not with words, but with our very souls if necessary.
The Islamic nation is ready; the faithful people of this nation stand with their lives and wealth in defense of Palestine's honor and dignity; but what remains is for the scholars of Islam to enter the field of action.
We call upon the scholars of the nation to:
- Convene a gathering of scholars.
Issue a global fatwa in a unified voice for the defense of Gaza.
Fulfill their true role as the inheritors of the prophets.
What room is there for doubt? The enemy has targeted the honor of Islam, the dignity of Muslims, and the future of our generations. How is it possible for Muslim women and children in Gaza to die under rubble and starvation, while we are only concerned about the sanctity of our pulpits?
If today Islamic scholars—these true defenders of faith—were to die from the intensity of the nation's wounds, it would not be strange.
And if they remain silent, tomorrow they will be held heavily accountable before God and history.
Enough! Enough of this humiliation, degradation, and spectating.
Now is the time for action, not excuses.
Now is the time to stand with the people of Gaza, not to retreat.
