Deputy of Iran affairs at World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought hailed late Ayatollah Khosroshahi for spending seven decades of his life on promoting solidarity across the world of Islam.
Mohsen Meshchi, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) conducted on the eve of the second passing anniversary of prominent proximity figure, Ayatollah Khosroshahi, lauded the late cleric for convening senior elites and promoting solidarity across the world of Islam.He said the Iran deputy at World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has scheduled a webinar on the second passing anniversary of Ayatollah Khosroshahi to be held on Sunday February 27.
Mohsen Meschi praised the late scholar as a cultural figure with seven decades of promoting Islamic proximity and building a great circle of Muslim elites from across the globe.
He said,” Ayatollah Khosroshahi materialized unity of thoughts and deeds and also led organized cultural and scientific projects in Muslim world causing proximity among top scholars from different Islamic denomination.”
Ayatollah Seyyed Hadi Khoshroshahi (1939-2020) was a renowned cleric and former ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Vatican who passed away due to the new coronavirus pandemic.
