The IRGC’s Quds Force commanded by the late Haj Qassem Soleimani, sought to organize small resistance factions into cohesive and well-disciplined armies to thwart the vicious US-Zionist agendas.
The Middle-East region has always been coveted by foreign powers throughout history due to its abundant natural resources and also its paramount religious status.
Prior to the 1979 Islamic revolution, the oil-rich region was mostly governed by puppet regimes which took their orders from their western masters.
These servile regimes could not even decide upon their natural resources.
With the advent of the Islamic Republic, a dramatic change took place in the Middle-East that sent ripples through the world and jeopardized the interests of the arrogant powers, namely the United States. Before the victory of the Iranian revolution, the Zionists had occupied the Palestinian territories and aspired to expand their illegitimate regime from the Nile to the Euphrates; thus it was natural to the US-backed Zionists regime to wary and rang the alarm bell.
The Islamic Republic of Iran had sought to support the oppressed nations throughout the world and especially the Palestinian people. The IRGC’s Quds Force commanded by the late Haj Qassem Soleimani, sought to organize small resistance factions into cohesive and well-disciplined armies to thwart the vicious US-Zionist agendas.
Supporting the Lebanese Hezbollah movement in the 33-day war against the Israeli incursion, backing up the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip against the barbaric Zionist aggressions, supporting the Iraqi nations against the ISIS menace and helping the Afghans against Taliban’s fanatical rule are only a small part of anti-imperialist activities of Gen. Qassem Soleimani.
The criminal clique in the White House wrongly assumed that by assassinating Gen. Soleimani they can preclude Iran from supporting the aforementioned resistance factions. But to their detriment, not only the Axis of Resistance continued its holy struggle against the arrogant powers but grew mightier.
