Religious Figures, Intellectuals from Different Countries Voice Support for Ayatollah Khamenei

IQNA – A group of followers of divine religions, intellectuals and international activists from 20 countries issued a joint statement, declaring their support for Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.

In the statement, they emphasized the necessity of paying attention to moral and civilizational models in the management of contemporary societies, Al-Alam reported.

Among the signatories of this statement are figures such as Alexander Dugin and Tushar Gandhi.

The statement is as follows:

We, a group of followers of divine religions, independent thinkers and free people of the world from various nations and cultures, have decided to express our views on a personality whose role, beyond the boundaries of belief and politics, is worth considering in the intellectual and moral developments of the contemporary world.

Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is among the leaders who, in a world full of politicization, double standards and hegemony, continue to insist on principles such as human dignity, the independence of nations, justice and resistance to oppression. What has caught our attention is not his religious affiliation, but his continued adherence to ethical principles, his courage in decision-making, and his civilizational view of the future of humanity. In an era when many world leaders are passive or compromised by power and wealth, he represents a voice that defends the right of nations to determine their own destiny and continues this path with awareness of the costs. This characteristic is worthy of respect and reflection, even for those who do not belong to the Iranian intellectual or political system.

We believe that today’s world needs leaders who are rooted in identity, independence of opinion, and moral commitment more than ever. From this perspective, Ayatollah Khamenei’s role in strengthening the discourse of resistance against injustice and domination is an important phenomenon in the intellectual equations of the contemporary world.

This statement is an expression of our respect for a model of leadership based on human principles and historical responsibility; a model that, beyond religious and political boundaries, deserves attention, dialogue, and fair consideration at the global level.
