On the 47th anniversary of the glorious Islamic Revolution of Iran, the aware, insightful, and ever-present Iranian nation once again demonstrated its profound and unwavering commitment to the ideals of the Islamic Revolution, the enlightening thoughts of Imam Khomeini, and the wise guidance of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei.
Key Points of the Resolution
1. We, the Iranian nation, renew our covenant with the fundamental ideals of the Islamic Revolution — independence, freedom, justice, human dignity, anti-imperialism, and the governance of pure Islamic values. We emphasize the continuation of this civilizational path and our commitment to preserving stability, security, national cohesion, and progress amid the complex and changing regional and international conditions.
2. We affirm the unparalleled position of the leadership as the strategic guiding force and guarantor of national unity, declaring that "the Leader of Iran is the life of the Iranian nation." Any insult or aggression against the Supreme Leader is viewed as an assault on our identity, dignity, and will, and will not be tolerated.
3. With a deep understanding of the nature of hybrid warfare,
we emphasize the necessity of preserving sacred unity, social solidarity, fortifying social capital, and avoiding any form of divisive rhetoric. National cohesion and the unbreakable bond between the people and the Islamic system are our crucial backbones against internal and external threats.
4. We sincerely appreciate the efforts, sacrifices, and heroism of the Islamic Republic’s armed forces, declaring that today's security, tranquility, stability, and strength of the country are thanks to the conscious support of the nation and the noble blood of our martyrs. We strongly condemn the European Union's stance of labeling the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization, viewing it as a violation of international law and an interference aligned with projects aimed at demonizing Iran and destabilizing the region.
5. We recognize the aggressive, destabilizing, and criminal actions of the Zionist regime and the U.S. as the primary cause of insecurity, war, and ongoing crises in the region. We firmly condemn these inhumane policies and emphasize the necessity of holding these regimes accountable for their crimes against the oppressed peoples, especially the resilient populations of Palestine and Gaza.
6. We support both the diplomatic and military forces of our country. In this critical moment, we affirm our commitment to any discussions and negotiations that adhere to the fundamental principles of “dignity, wisdom, and expedience.” This is the time for synergy between military and diplomacy, and both realms are crucial for the nation.
7. We expect the government, the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and all executive bodies to create meaningful conditions for maximum civic participation in political, economic, cultural, and social arenas, especially in the upcoming local council elections, while doubling their efforts in service to the people and combating inflation and corruption.
With trust in God Almighty, adherence to pure Islam, following the teachings of Imam Khomeini (RA), heeding the Supreme Leader's guidance, reliance on internal capabilities, and maintaining national unity, the great nation of Iran will continue down the path of dignity, independence, advancement, and the construction of a new Islamic civilization with calmness, rationality, and resilience.
