Festival of traditional food held in Bojnourd

TEHRAN - Bojnourd, the capital of North Khorasan province, hosted a vibrant celebration of traditional cuisines during a festival held on Friday.

The event showcased the culinary arts of 43 participants, presenting a diverse array of dishes, desserts, bread, pastries, and locally crafted beverages across various stalls for visitors to relish and explore.

The vibrant display of culinary skills and the enthusiastic participation of chefs and food enthusiasts alike added a vibrant charm to the event, making it a memorable experience for all attendees.

Ali Mostofian, the provincial tourism chief, highlighted that the festival's objective was to create enthusiasm, promote cultural exchange, and sustain the traditions and customs of the region.
