TEHRAN, (MNA) – The foreign ministers of Iran and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have stressed the continued and accelerated deliveries of humanitarian aid to the people of the besieged Gaza Strip.
In a phone call on Wednesday, the foreign ministers of Iran and the UAE Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan stressed the importance of delivering relief and medical aid to the residents of Gaza at a high pace and in a safe and stable manner, and discussed the current situation in the region under in light of the temporary ceasefire between Hamas and Israel.
Amir-Abdollahian and Bin Zayed also reviewed the case of dealing with climate change and the global efforts made in this direction within the context of the UAE's hosting of the United Nations Climate Conference COP28, which will begin tomorrow in Dubai.
