Why was the centrifuge workshop moved underground?

During the last few years, due to the insensitivity and inattention of the International Atomic Energy Agency to its safeguard duties, some evil actions, which the Zionist regime implicitly accepted responsibility for, caused damage to Iran's nuclear facilities.

NOURNEWS - Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, told reporters that Iran has set up a new workshop for the construction of centrifuge components in one of the underground halls of the fuel enrichment plant at the Natanz facility.
Nournews had previously announced the transfer of the centrifuge plant to Natanz.
Behrouz Kamalvandi, a spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, had previously stated that due to the terrorist operation against the Tesa Complex in Karaj, we had to tighten security measures and relocate a significant part of the centrifuge machines to a safer location.
During the last few years and due to the insensitivity and inattention of the International Atomic Energy Agency to the need to play a responsible role in protecting the peaceful nuclear activities of countries, some evil actions that the Zionist regime implicitly accepted responsibility for, caused damage to Iran's nuclear facilities.
The action of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran in the field of increasing the protection coefficient of centrifuge workshops, which has been done using the principles of passive defense, has been followed in a situation where the International Atomic Energy Agency has failed to perform its safeguard duties.
Adopting this approach is a natural response to the evils that aim to strike at Iran's peaceful activities.
