Historic 4th of November, Another Feather in the Iranian Cap

As predicted, millions of marchers took to the streets of Iranian towns and cities on the historic 13th of Aban (November 4) with vociferous chants of "Death to the US” to mark the timely takeover of the American embassy in Tehran 39 years ago by revolutionary students who caught spies in the process of shredding secret documents, and thus exposed to the free world the dirty work of espionage that is done at US missions abroad under diplomatic guise.

The "Second Revolution” as the Father of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini (RA), had called the historic move in 1979, nipped in the bud the American plot to topple the Islamic Republic in league with hypocrites, traitors, and anti-revolutionary terrorist elements.

Yesterday’s rallies, the largest of which was held in front of the former US spy den in the capital and covered by the foreign media as well, was a resounding slap on the face of the delusional Donald Trump who in a suicidal psychological move imposed yet another set of illegal sanctions on Iran on November 4 after having withdrawn criminally last May from the 7-nation international nuclear accord, on the assumption that his futile bid to block Iranian oil exports would force the Islamic Republic to renegotiate the Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action (JCPOA) by agreeing to scrap its IAEA-monitored peaceful atomic energy project, dismantle its ballistic missile defence system, and leave Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and Bahrain and the whole region to the mercy of US-supported terrorists and the hereditary terroristic regimes. 

As the effigies of Trump went up in flames all over the country to remind the overgrown Lilliput in the White House of his quixotic quest, Speaker of the Parliament, Dr. Ali Larijani rightly remarked to a thundering applause: Donald Trump is too small to challenge the Iranian nation, and be assured Iranians will make the White House regret its decisions.

This was not rhetoric as is confirmed by the facts of the past forty years, to which the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, had referred a day earlier by taking note of the continuous victories of the Islamic Republic of Iran since 1979 over every plot Washington has hatched including invasion, aggression, sanctions, and propaganda.

Ayatollah Khamenei who safeguards Iran’s religious, national, cultural, social, political, scientific, and economic identity and prestige, was pointing to realities which the American analysts themselves admit by acknowledging the growing power and influence of the Islamic Republic for the stability of the region in contrast to the failure of the US to destabilize West Asia through terrorist outfits and client regimes.

The Leader was not playing with words as politicians who get elected for a term or two and then fade away from the scene do with eyes only on the people’s vote, while their hearts and intentions might not tally with what they speak.

As a loyal servant of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) and the Infallible Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt, through sheer dedication to the dynamic teachings of Islam Ayatollah Khamenei has achieved the status of Ijtehad (independent reasoning on the basis of the holy Qur’an and Hadith), and then risen to higher degrees to become the Wali-e Faqih or the Supreme Jurist, who is always cognizant of the ubiquitous presence of God the Omnipresent.

This is where Trump stumbles and is constantly stumped whenever he tries to go for what he thinks a big hit against Iran, little knowing that the Iranian people are made of sterner stuff and never capitulate.

The US president is nothing but a demagogue and a characterless person as is evident by his lies, ignorance of realities, adulterous un-Christian affairs, ungodly withdrawal from Washington’s commitments to international treaties, and lust for wealth, which he extorts from the unelected, unrepresentative, and tyrannical Persian Gulf Arab regimes
Thus, in order to uplift the sagging morale of these murderous regimes, which on his instructions have sold their souls to the devil by entering into open alliance with the illegal Zionist entity, he has adopted a hostile posture against Iran, unaware of his own disgraceful end.

In the next and subsequent years, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Iranian people will be celebrating on November 4, along with the capture of the US spy den in Tehran, the end of US hegemony in the region, stretching all the way from Afghanistan to Egypt, as Iranian arms and Iranian-trained popular mobilization forces wipe out American-trained terrorists and American-supported spurious entities for the sake of peace, security and stability of the whole neighbourhood.
