Simultaneously with the hostile action of Berlin
The Israeli spy agency Mossad has provided German officials with information about Lebanon's Hezbollah in recent months.
NOURNEWS- The Israeli Times reported that some Zionist sources said that the regime's spy agency, Mossad, had provided German officials with information about Hezbollah in Lebanon in recent months.
Mossad spies have said in a months-long operation that they have handed over information about their missions to German authorities.
The report comes as the German government recently put Lebanon's Hezbollah name on the list of terrorist groups in a hostile move and immediately interrogated some individuals and mosques who they said may have links to Hezbollah.
Lebanon's Hezbollah, meanwhile, has legitimate political activity in Lebanon, and some members of parliament and members of the cabinet are members of Hezbollah.
Germany had previously banned the only military branch of the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance by segregating the Lebanese Hezbollah military and political branch.
Last December, the German parliament called on the German chancellor to ban all activities of the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance.
Germany's move against the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance group, which has played a key role in the fight against terrorist groups in the region, especially ISIS, appears to be following pressure from Germany and US officials.
During his last visit to Germany, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo also expressed hope that the country, like Britain, would ban Lebanese Hezbollah activities.
