"…How many a small party has overcome a larger party by Allah’s will! And Allah is with the patient.” (Holy Qur’an 2:249)
Lebanon’s legendry anti-terrorist movement, the Hezbollah, on May 25 marked the 20th anniversary of its heroic liberation of the southern parts of the country from the illegal Zionist entity and its terrorist proxies known as the Southern Lebanon Army (SLA).
It was indeed a turning point in the struggle of the Resistance Movement which has since gone from strength-to-strength against a cowardly enemy whose myth of military invincibility was finally shattered by Hezbollah in the 33-day war of 2006.
Hezbollah’s heroics which in the following years flowered in Syria when the Zionists ganged up with the Americans, the British, the French, the Saudis, the Qataris, the Emiratis, and the Turks, to unleash on that country some of the most macabrely murderous terrorists, continue to inspire the freedom loving people of the region.
The people of Lebanon feel indebted to the Resistance Movement for the independence of their homeland. So do the people of Syria who have succeeded in driving out the terrorists from most of the country and have already started the countdown for liberating the remaining parts from American and allied occupation despite the sporadic aerial terrorism of the dastardly Zionist regime.
The Palestinians, for their part, have followed in the footsteps of the Hezbollah, and over the years have defeated wave after wave of the most brutal Israeli bombing of Gaza.
A retrospective look at developments of the past twenty years shows that Israel is clearly frustrated. This is evident by its desperate attempts to forge alliances with similarly rootless Arab regimes, which having seen their plots fail in Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq, are now trying in vain to weaken the Palestinian people’s popular movements.

They will definitely fail again, no matter what moral and material support in the form of sophisticated weaponry or the sellout of Bayt al-Moqaddas and the West Bank, they and their Zionists cousins receive from the Great Satan (US), which itself is horrified at the fast approaching ignominious end of its own undue influence in the region.
Today, such stalwarts of the liberation of southern Lebanon, as Imad Moghniya (Hajj Redhwan), may not be physically present to direct the Resistance Movement, but their liberating legacy lives on, to inspire the Lebanese people, who as reports indicate, are fully prepared to deliver the final blow to usurper Israel.
This glorious moment will certainly come, as was predicted by Martyr Qassem Soleimani, whose image looms larger than life as the noose tightens around the illegal Zionist entity, much to the exasperation of the US, whose unmanly murder of the iconic anti-terrorist Iranian general, along with Iraq’s famous fighter, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, has in fact infused new life into the Resistance Movement all over the region, including Lebanon and Palestine.
The Promise to the believers of the Almighty is indeed true as is obvious by the following Ayah of Surah al-Ma’edah of the Holy Qur’an:
"Whoever takes for his guardians Allah, His Prophet and the faithful [should know that] the Party of Allah (Hezbollah) are indeed the victorious.”
