Iran’s military might in 12-Day War ‘measurable’: Zimbabwean analyst

Musarafu said that Iran has spared no effort to support the Palestinian cause over the past decades.

Tehran, IRNA — Robson Mcleigh Musarafu, a member of the Friends of Palestine Solidarity Movement in Zimbabwe, says that the military capability of Iran in the Israeli-imposed war against the Islamic Republic was ‘measurable’.

Mcleigh Musarafu made the comments to IRNA on the sidelines of the 8th International Conference on Solidarity with Palestinian Children and Youths held in Tehran on Sunday.

He said that Iran emerged victorious against the aggression of the Zionist regime in mid-June and hailed the military power of the Islamic Republic as ‘measurable’.

Touching on Iran’s efforts over the past decades to back the resistance front in West Asia, he said Iran has spared no effort to support the Palestinian cause.

He lambasted the Western mainstream media, which he said are used as a weapon to conceal the facts of the Palestinian nation.

Elsewhere in his remarks, he said that the United States is “the master of vetoes” against Palestine in the UN Security Council.

Over 100 participants from 32 countries attended the international event in Tehran on Sunday.

The event is held to commemorate Mohammed al-Durrah, a young Palestinian boy, killed by Israeli forces in 2000.

The international event features attendees from various countries, including Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Lebanon, Turkey, Bangladesh, Tunisia, Serbia, Malaysia, and Zimbabwe, among others.
