Referring to the Supreme Leader's constant warnings about the untrustworthiness of America, the Head of the Judiciary said: "Our wise and insightful Leader has repeatedly warned that America and its deceitful regime cannot be trusted. In recent events, everyone saw and felt that the American regime is truly untrustworthy, especially since it is currently led by a vile and despicable individual who constantly changes colors, lacks character and decorum, and whose words and positions should not be taken seriously."
The Head of the Judiciary, while appreciating the Islamic nation of Iran for their heroic actions in recent events, stated: "The people's insight in these events was truly exemplary. Based on this insight, the people achieved extraordinary unity and cohesion around the axis of Velayat, and one of the manifestations of the triumph of truth over falsehood in these events was the unity and cohesion of the Iranian nation. On Saturday, during the funeral ceremony for the revered bodies of the martyrs of authority, the pure and overwhelming flood of the Iranian Islamic people was displayed before the eyes of the world. Truly, during the funeral of the martyrs of authority, one could feel the divine blessings due to the people's solidarity, insight, and allegiance to Velayat."
Referring to the neutralization of the enemy's main plans, the Head of the Judiciary said: "In these recent events, the enemy had devised plans and was certain, based on its calculations, that it would achieve its sinister objectives. However, once again, the wise leadership of the Supreme Leader and the allegiance and unity of the Islamic Iranian nation disrupted the enemy's calculations, and the events from 13 to 23 June this year became a turning point for all the free and noble people of the world."
The Head of the Judiciary emphasized: "Under the leadership of the Supreme Leader, the Islamic Iranian nation and armed forces proved to the world that they are truly Ashura-like and embody the phrase 'Far be it from us to accept humiliation.' The allegiance, honor, and refusal to accept humiliation by the Islamic Iranian nation in recent events taught the enemies a lesson, making them realize the consequences of violating Iran's Islamic sovereignty. During this period, the Islamic Iranian nation and armed forces delivered two strong blows to the criminal and deceitful America and severely punished the rabid dog of arrogance in the region, namely the Zionist regime."
The Chief Justice added: "Of course, in these recent events, our nation also suffered losses, with several commanders, scientists, and civilians martyred, and others enduring physical and material damages. These losses are undoubtedly painful and sorrowful for our nation. However, as a result of these events, the world has become more awakened, and the Islamic Iranian nation, along with its anti-arrogance and anti-oppression stance, has been better and more deeply recognized. Everyone understood how severe and devastating the punishment for violating Iran's Islamic sovereignty would be. In these events, we dealt blows to the vile Zionist entity that were unprecedented in the 70-plus years of its disgraceful and illegitimate existence. These blows were so lethal that they forced the Zionist regime's American master to directly enter the fray, and a resolute response was given to this direct intervention as well."
Mohseni Ejei, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding the unity and cohesion of the Iranian nation, stated: "We must protect and preserve the national unity and cohesion that has been further strengthened as a result of recent events. The enemy will undoubtedly try to undermine this unity and cohesion through various means and its diverse devilish tools. Therefore, we must be extremely vigilant and avoid any words or actions that disrupt unity. Today, disrupting unity is an undesirable and reprehensible act, while fostering unity is among the virtues. In this regard, all those with a platform or media presence, especially the national media and human-media, bear a significant responsibility."
The Head of the Judiciary, stressing the need for the nation, armed forces, and all relevant institutions to be prepared to counter any further potential aggression by the enemy, said: "These days, the question is constantly raised whether the enemy will adhere to the ceasefire or whether the established ceasefire is a deception by the enemy for a respite and military reorganization. The answer is that the vile Zionist and American enemy cannot be trusted under any circumstances. Although Islamic Iran will never initiate a war, it is fully prepared for defense, will respond powerfully to any imposed war, and will not accept an imposed peace. The nation, armed forces, and all relevant institutions must be fully prepared to counter any further potential aggression by the enemy and be vigilant of the enemy's deceptions, its proxy forces, infiltrators, hypocrites, and rumor-mongers. There is both the possibility of military aggression by the enemy and the chance that the enemy may use its proxies against the Iranian nation and country. We must be 100% prepared for all these scenarios."
The Head of the Judiciary, pointing to the necessity and importance of registering the Iranian nation's complaints in relevant international forums due to the recent crimes of the Zionist regime, said: "Although international forums have proven to be ineffective and lack the executive power to curb the savagery and criminality of the Zionists, it is still necessary and important to register the Iranian nation's complaints in relevant international forums due to the recent crimes of the Zionist regime. In this regard, the Attorney General and the Deputy for International Affairs of the Judiciary have drafted and sent letters to the officials of some international forums, but this should not suffice. The Attorney General and the Deputy for International Affairs, with assistance from other relevant domestic entities, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Vice Presidency for Legal Affairs, the Atomic Energy Organization, the Bar Association, and others, should take appropriate measures to pursue criminals, register complaints on behalf of the Iranian nation, file legal claims, demand reparations, and more."
He emphasized: "Undoubtedly, in its recent aggression against Iran's Islamic sovereignty, the Zionist regime committed crimes that clearly and explicitly violate the peremptory norms enshrined in international laws, standards, and rights. Attacks on the IRIB, Evin Prison, and nuclear facilities are actions that blatantly contradict customary and legal international standards. In the legal aspects of recent events, we hold the upper hand. We must intensify our efforts in this regard and utilize all available capacities in the country to this end."
