Iranian senior diplomat urges Bolivia's participation in creating new world order

Tehran, IRNA – Iranian deputy foreign minister stressed developing political relations and international cooperation between Iran and Bolivia and called for Bolivia's participation in creating a new world order based on multilateralism.

Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Ali Bagheri Kani made the remarks in a meeting with Bolivian Minister of Foreign Affairs Rogelio Mayta.

Mayta, for his part, welcomed Iran’s initiative, saying that the two countries enjoy brotherly relations and support their human rights and anti-imperialism stances.

Meanwhile, in a separate meeting with the vice president of Bolivia, Bagheri Kani elaborated on the capacities of the two countries for developing economic cooperation.

In the meeting, the vice president of Bolivia pointed to the economic, scientific, and industrial capacities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, calling for developing economic relations with Iran.
