Oil-rich Iraq is passing through a crucial phase, both because of slow measures by the elected authorities to redress the sufferings of the people and the fast-paced plots of its enemies – external in coordination with the internal – to plunge the strategically located country into chaos, as part of the U.S. dream of ‘regime change’.
It is but natural for people to air their grievances and when patience snaps, to take to the streets in order to draw the attention of the authorities towards their continued suffering from decades of repression at the hands of the repressive Ba’th minority regime, followed by the country’s American occupiers, after whom the seditious Saudis tried to take over Iraq through macabrely murderous terrorists, parallel to their paranoid policy of destabilizing Syria and creating a Takfiristan from the Persian Gulf to the Mediterranean Sea.
Protests, however, should be in a peaceful manner, without violence by the demonstrators who should not allow sinister elements and foreign agents to infiltrate their ranks.
The authorities for their part, ought not to panic at the sight of vociferous rallies by permitting nervous security personnel to hastily press the triggers that leads to unwanted loss of life, and playing into the hands of the enemies of Iraq.
The timely appeal by Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Sistani, has convinced most of the protestors to leave the streets and start dialogue with the authorities, whom Iraq’s leading religious authority obliged to swing into action "to improve public services, find work for the unemployed, end clientelism, deal with the corruption issue and send those implicated in it to prison.”
As a result, Baghdad became calm, but unfortunately, the internal enemies of Iraq and the Iraqi people, such as Daesh, on the orders of their masters in Washington, Tel Aviv and certain Arab capitals, seem intent upon disrupting public law and order and pushing unsuspecting persons to indulge in the burning of public properly and possible death as a result of such vandalism.
The timing of the turmoil and to keep its flames burning is obvious. Arba’een, or the traditional 40th day of the anniversary of the immortal epic of Ashura is fast approaching, with millions of Iraqis preparing to converge upon the holy city of Karbala to pay their tribute of tears to Imam Husain (AS), whose message unites Iraqis of all religious denominations, political inclinations, and ethnic affiliations.
This unity in diversity has withstood the test of time as is evident by the approximate 20 million people, including those coming from other countries, assembling in Karbala for the past few years in reverence to the timeless message of the grandson of Prophet Muhammad (SAWA), while the Omayyads, the Khwarej (renegades), the Abbasids, the Ottomans, the British, the Ba’thists, the Americans, and the Takfiris, have all vanished or are about to vanish from the scene forever.
This is the reason the evil Americans are instigating their agents to incite the naïve and the unsuspecting to keep Iraq in turmoil for possible overthrow of the democratically-elected government and its replacement by some demagogue who will slavishly serve them.
The U.S. knows that once the situation stabilizes, the Iraqi parliament will definitely draft a law for expulsion of the CENTCOM terrorists.
As for the Saudis whose social media networks are fanning the flames of violence, it is clear that the Wahhabis, who in the 19th century had looted the holy shrine of Imam Husain (AS) and massacred the Iraqi Muslims, are the sworn enemies of Iraqis. Iraqis have not forgotten that it was the regime in Riyadh that bankrolled Saddam to the tune of tens of billions of dollars to massacre the Shi’a Arab Muslims, to persecute Sunni Kurds and to impose the 8-year war on the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Thus, a strong, independent, and flourishing Iraq, enjoying friendly and fraternal ties with the countries of the region, especially with Iran, is a nightmare for not just the Americans and the Saudis, but also for the Zionists, who know for sure that emerging Resistance Front spells the end of the illegal existence of Israel.
