The head of Afghanistan's Islamic Brotherhood Council, emphasizing the prominent role of the martyred leader in the formation and strengthening of the Resistance Axis, said: "By creating unity among Muslim nations, he revived the authority and dignity of the Islamic Ummah, and today the Resistance Axis has become one of the influential players in regional and international equations."
Mawlawi Habibullah Hesam, the head of Afghanistan's Islamic Brotherhood Council, in an interview with the Taghrib News Agency (TNA), referring to the position of Ayatollah Khamenei in strengthening the Resistance Front, stated: "Ayatollah Khamenei played an unparalleled role in shaping the Resistance Axis among Muslim nations. By emphasizing the unity of the Islamic Ummah, he displayed the authority and dignity of Muslims on the global stage and gained a special place in the hearts of nations supporting resistance."
He added: "Today, Muslim nations, just as they loved him during his lifetime, have found even greater affection and devotion to him after his martyrdom, because martyrdom was the peak of dignity that God granted him on the path of resistance, unity, and Ummah-orientedness."
The head of Afghanistan's Islamic Brotherhood Council, in response to the question of how the discourse of resistance has become an influential component in regional and international equations, said: "The experience of recent years has shown that the Resistance Axis has become a determining power in the international arena. Despite all the pressures and capabilities of the great powers, they have not been able to eliminate the resistance in Gaza, Yemen, Iraq, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the Islamic Republic of Iran."
He continued: "This reality shows that resistance today is no longer a limited movement, but has become one of the main pillars of regional and global equations, and the great powers are forced to consider it as an influential player in their calculations."
In conclusion, Hesam emphasized: "The authority of the Resistance Axis today is the result of the unity of Muslim nations and the thought that Ayatollah Khamenei established in the Islamic world – a thought that continues to inspire freedom-seeking nations and the Resistance Front across the region."
