Anwar Gargash’s trip to Iran is of significance as Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi says a letter to Iran by U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to be delivered to the country by a representative from an Arab country.

There is no detail of the issues discussed by Araqchi and Gargash in their meeting or the reason behind the trio on Wednesday.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a cabinet meeting earlier today, Araqchi hinted about a letter from U.S. President Donald Trump, saying Iran had not yet received and that a representative from an Arab country was expected to deliver the letter.
In an interview with Fox Business on Friday, Trump said he had written a letter to Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, without revealing the content.
Meanwhile, American media outlet Axios reported, citing an informed source, that Trump's letter to Iran was delivered to the UAE by Steve Whittaker, the U.S. special representative for the Middle East who traveled to Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.
