Exclusive report: Israel losing its air and missile supremacy

Qodsna Editorial Board

Qodsna (Tehran) - Israel's Channel 12 reported on Monday evening that the news broadcasting monitoring body in the Israeli army has authorized the broadcast of news on the tracking of Israeli fighters by Iran's air defense systems in Syria.

According to the Channel 12, as the Israeli army announced that it had resumed its military exercises to conduct anti-Iranian operations, new reports from the Zionist army indicate that the Iranian air defense systems based in Syria have tracked Israeli fighters in one of the recent Israeli airstrikes on Syrian territory.

The media claimed that the Israeli fighters were not harmed in the counterattack, however, according to the Zionist media; the tracking of Israeli warplane highlights the advanced Iranian air defense systems on Syrian soil.

The report confirmed that the fact has caused Israel to try to make partnerships with a number of countries in the region to use them to achieve its offensive goals.

In an agreement with the Syrian government, the Islamic Republic of Iran has deployed a number of Iran's advanced defense systems to Syria while upgrading old Syrian systems such as the S200, and this report confirmed their deployment and activation. In addition, the Iranian media had published reports about the transfer of 3rd Khordad air defense missile system and the surface-to-air Bavar 373 missile defense system to Syria.

The Israeli media have recently published reports on the activation of air defense systems against Zionist regime fighters in the skies of Lebanon and Gaza, which shows that the resistance has tried in recent years to challenge the Zionist army's military edge in different places.

Israel’s Channel 1 also reported that a significant improvement in Syria's air defense capabilities can severely limit the scope of Israeli aerial operations.

The TV channel quoted an army security source that the Israeli army's air superiority in the region has been challenged.

“Israel is deeply concerned about the limited range of its fighters in the Syrian airspace,” according to the report.

Israeli military experts told the Channel 1 that this matter would change Israel's offensive plans on Syrian soil, making air strikes against various targets in Syria difficult.

On the other hand, the regional resistance movement has succeeded in changing the equation of deterrence in its favor in different sectors.

Currently, all sides of the resistance axis have Precision-Guided Munitions (PGM) with radar evasion and high destructive power. Besides, the offensive drones of the resistance axis have been able to pass through all the air defense systems available to the enemies and bombed the targets without being identified and returned to the nest. This issue has caused the Zionist media to admit the failure of their expensive air defense system called the Iron Dome.

"After various expert discussions, the Israeli cabinet finally accepted that the Iron Dome alone was not able to protect the Israeli settlements adjacent to the Gaza Strip,” Israeli Channel 12 said in a report.

Israeli experts believe that the Gaza resistance drones are a new problem that will cause serious problems for the Zionist army in the future.

The Israeli Air Force is closely monitoring the military activities in the Gaza Strip and emphasizes that it should not allow Palestinian groups to expand the use of drones in the region, and in this regard, Haaretz Newspaper wrote in a report.

The commander of the Israeli Air Force, also acknowledged that not only Gaza but also various parts of the Middle East pose a drone threat to Israel and the challenges are growing.
