Moscow(IP): The Kremlin spokesman announced the possibility of a meeting between the presidents of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Russia by the end of this year and the readiness of both sides for the meeting.
Russia and Iran are preparing to meet with the presidents of the two countries, Ebrahim Raisi and Vladimir Putin, and the exact time of the meeting will be determined according to the situation that prevails amid the COVUD-19 pandemic.
According to Peskov, the two sides understood the need for a bilateral meeting, and both sides were ready for such a meeting. And preparations are underway.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran arrived in Moscow on Tuesday, October 5, at the invitation of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, at the head of a high-level delegation.
Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Sergei Lavrov met on Wednesday in Moscow, stressing the expansion of the cooperation by the two sides at the bilateral and regional levels.
