NOURNEWS - The 25-year comprehensive strategic document of Iran-China cooperation was signed today in Tehran by the Foreign Ministers of the two countries.
A statement issued by the Foreign Ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the People's Republic of China following the signing of the document reads: " This document will further promote the continuous development and comprehensive strategic partnership between Iran and China and create prosperity for the two nations. "
The document dates back to Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Tehran six years ago, during which the two countries issued statements promoting the level of relations between the two countries to a comprehensive strategic partnership and announcing their readiness to negotiate a long-term cooperation document. Are term.
In this comprehensive strategic document, which includes strategic, regional and international cooperation on various political and economic issues, all aspects of trade, economy and transportation between the two countries, along with the mechanism of cooperation between the private sectors are seen.
In the economic dimension, this document is based on joint productions to meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets, bilateral cooperation in the field of energy, industry, mining and environment with the priority of cooperation in infrastructure, communications, telecommunications, science, education and health.
Cooperation in facilitating financial and banking relations, deepening private sector trade relations for business, and media and academic cooperation are other areas of cooperation in this document.
At the same time, and given the wide scale of this important strategic event between Iran and China, which is practically defined in the context of the East-facing approach, over the past six years and at different times, we have witnessed Western psychological operations centered on "distortion of reality." We have been towards hostile currents in the context of social networks.
Iran's special position in regional and international relations, along with China's exceptional position in the international system, has made the drafting and signing of such a document, which outlines a roadmap for bilateral cooperation over a 25-year horizon, an important and significant event.
The Iranian ambassador in Beijing tweeted about the signing of this strategic document; This document outlines a clear horizon for the implementation of a comprehensive strategic partnership and is not against a third country but is based solely on mutual interests.
Western countries that have failed in their efforts to contain Iran in recent years, along with counter-revolutionary currents that seek to assimilate Iran into the Western order sought by the West, are desperately trying to blacken and destroy Iranian public opinion over this important event, and a strategy has been put in place by them.
The frequency of keywords such as "Chinese Turkmenchay" or "selling Iran to China" and the like has been circulating in the official and unofficial media in recent days, with comments not only making no mention of the strategic benefits of signing the document, but the sympathy of the elements that are the symbol of Iran's auction to foreigners has become a ridiculous issue!
In general, the dissident movement seeks to establish this statement in the public opinion of the Iranian people that; because The Islamic Republic does not want to fall short of its position vis-،-vis the West, is isolated in the world, and since it has no internal capacity to govern itself, it has no choice but to sell itself to China !!
However, as much as the strategy of "active resistance" and resistance to Western coercion is in the national interest, cooperation with countries and other powers that not only do not have the will to coercion and colonization, but also enter into cooperation from an equal position is in the national interest.
Incidentally, if there is room for criticism, it should be criticized for the late nature of such events and the excessive procrastination of the Westerners, not falsely presenting the country as powerless, isolated, and forced to sell itself to the Chinese.
It is very clear that if Iran was a powerless, humble, isolated country, etc., and did not have the ability to play an effective role in the new geometry of power in the international system, there would be no reason for this amount of anger from Westerners and dissidents.
