Can any sincere Muslim say that the west’s mainstream media outlets are honest in their reporting? They have a sordid history of deliberate lying, distortions and even manufacturing news, all in the service of zionism and imperialism.
In 1989, as the US was preparing to attack Iraq—hitherto Saddam Husain was a US ally because he was tasked with destroying Islamic Iran in which he failed—the lack of public support in the US worried the Washington warlords. Enter the PR firm Hill & Knowlton. They brought a young girl named Nayirah, who claimed she was a nurse in a Kuwaiti hospital. She testified before US Congress on october 10, 1989 that she had witnessed Iraqi soldiers throw babies out of incubators to die on the floor while they took the equipment away.
Nayirah’s teary-eyed “testimony” evoked outrage. Such barbarism had to be punished. Support for the US war on Iraq shot up to 89 percent. Nayirah, it turned out was not a nurse but the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador in Washington. She flew out of the US the very next day. Nor was there any truth to the incubator story.
Similar lies were manufactured in the next attack being prepared against Saddam Husain of Iraq in 1993. In August 1992, a series of sensational articles by Judith Miller appeared in the New York Times. Ms Miller painted a frightening tale of how Saddam’s weapons of mass destruction posed an existential threat to global peace even though the UN’s chief weapons inspector dismissed the existence of such weapons in Iraq.
A simple rule of thumb is that if the western media demonizes any leader—Muslim or non-Muslim—rest assured that he is either doing something right or is being targeted for elimination because he no longer serves the west’s purpose. Conversely, if the western media praises any ruler, know that he is their puppet. There have also been instances when a particular ruler was first demonized and later praised when he changed his policies to suit the west’s agenda.
Here are a few examples. In the decades of the 1970s and 1980s, Anwar Sadat of Egypt was presented as a village idiot. The moment he surrendered to the zionist entity, he was immediately declared a world statesman and even given the Nobel Peace Prize. The same applied to Yasir Arafat.
We do not have to go too far in history. In the last few weeks, Abu Muhammad al-Jolani (real name Ahmed al-Sharaa) has been transformed from a terrorist into a “moderate” and a statesman. Why is the west and its media outlets led by CNN and BBC so keen to present al-Jolani as a “moderate”? What has he done to deserve such accolades?
Those paying close attention to events in Syria since November 27, 2024 would know the answer. Al-Jolani is an imperialist-zionist agent who has been brought to power to serve the greater Israel project. Western media outlets led by CNN, BBC and The Telegraph are busy convincing people that al-Jolani no longer eats human organs and he has dismantled his head-chopping operations.
That’s great relief. The US even announced that it has lifted the $10 million bounty on his head following a meeting of American diplomats with the new boss in Damascus. Al Jolani has tossed his turban away and now dons a tie and suit. It is important for the image: to look moderate, you have to wear a tie and suit. This is also meant to impress the paymasters (US and Israel). Those not wearing a tie cannot be moderate. So there!
Al Jolani’s real contribution is that he diverted attention from Israel’s genocidal war in Gaza. For more than a year, the zionist entity received bad press because of its killing of innocent children, women and men in the tiny enclave. Since the eruption of his band of head choppers from Idlib, everyone’s attention is focused on Syria. The zionist killing machine continues its genocide in Gaza but that is no longer news.
The official death toll in Gaza is reported to be 45,400 since October 8, 2023. The actual figure is much higher, probably close to 200,000. A study published by the British Medical Journal, The Lancet on July 7, 2024, reported at least 186,000 deaths in Gaza.
Let us understand the zionist policy in Gaza. Zionist occupation forces have launched repeated attacks on the besieged Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza.
They are using drones and tanks to attack people. Families in the hospital with wounded children are ordered to leave. Where could they go? The zionists target them even in the areas where they are told to move to.
Moved by the plight of Gaza’s children, Pope Francis condemned Israeli attacks that killed Palestinians, including children, as “cruelty… not war”, in his Christmas address on December 21. The genocidal zionists went berserk. How dare you condemn us, the Israeli foreign ministry demanded to know.
The zionists insist they have the right to kill as many Palestinians, including children and new-born babies, as they like. They will grow up to become terrorists so might as well kill them now, say the zionists.
With Syria taken out of the Resistance axis through their al-Qaeda proxies, this is what the zionists are planning. They will kill all the Palestinians in northern Gaza including through starvation. The World Food Programme (WFP) says Israel has denied or impeded 97 percent of its attempts to deliver food to North Gaza since October. It was reported on December 26, that three Palestinian children froze to death.
In the south, the Palestinians will be driven into the Sinai Peninsula. Those refusing to leave will be murdered with US supplied weapons. It is clear that the zionist war criminals are hell-bent on ethnically cleansing Gaza of all Palestinians.
Palestinians in the West Bank will be pushed into Jordan. The zionists have always maintained that Jordan is Palestine. Technically, this is correct. The British carved Jordan out of Palestine to pacify Sharif Hussain of Makkah and place his son on the throne. Sharif Hussain was the Ottoman governor who the British betrayed for not making him king of all the Arabs as promised!
The zionists will occupy Masjid al Aqsa by destroying it and building their mythical third temple there. The fanatical zionists have made no secret of this.
The treacherous Arabian rulers including the Jordanian monarch, are puppets of Israel and the US. That, however, will not spare their illegitimate kingdoms from being occupied by the zionists. It is part of the greater Israel project that is on track.
The whole of Palestine has been occupied; Syria has virtually disappeared. Jordan, large parts of Saudi Arabia, and Egypt will also be gobbled up.
The zionists will turn their attention to Iraq to occupy its territory all the way to the Euphrates.
What is there to stop them from establishing greater Israel from the Euphrates to the Nile?
The zionists’ ultimate objective is to destroy Islamic Iran but they want the US to do it for them.
Will the US join this criminal conspiracy or better sense will prevail in Washington? We should repose no hope in the American warmongers acting rationally. Wars are good for the US economy.
While Muslims are fighting among themselves over petty fiqhi issues, our enemies are destroying us piece meal. Nobody is safe; neither the Jordanians, the Saudis or the Emiratis. Surrendering Palestine to the zionists will not help them. The zionists’ varacious appetite for land will result in more countries being swallowed up.
