Kayhan analyzed the increase in Iran's oil exports despite oil sanctions and wrote: Bloomberg recently announced that Washington, in addition to sanctioning institutions involved in facilitating Iran's oil sales to China, has sent delegations since last year to dissuade the Chinese from buying Ira’s oil.
However, Iran is not only increasing its production but has also eradicated and completely sold off its huge floating oil storage reserves. Either the White House allowed the export of Iranian oil, or it cannot stop the export. In any case, the sanctions regime has collapsed. Although the Bloomberg analyst raises two possibilities regarding the increase in Iran's exports, the fact is that the United States has tried its best to stop Iran's oil exports but has not been successful.
Iran: U.S. does not want to get involved in conflict with Iran
In a note, the Iran newspaper addressed the American bombardment of two bases of resistance fighters in Al Bukamal (Abu Kamal or Al-Bukamal is a city on the Euphrates River in the Deir ez-Zor Governorate of eastern Syria near the border with Iraq) that are claimed to be linked to Iran. It said: The Americans always make such claims, but photos show that they have targeted civilian places. None of this is related to Iran or the groups that are resisting. The U.S. only takes such measures to convince the public opinion at home that we are responding to attacks against our American bases. It should be said that the Biden government does not want to get involved in a war with Iran because the main priority is the war in Ukraine. Americans want to defeat Russia in Ukraine. The occurrence of any other war causes the attention to be directed to the other side, especially if there is a war with Iran. But the Americans have reached the point where the bombs that they possibly intended to use against Iran’s nuclear facilities, are being used in Gaza.
Shargh: Iran's logical policy on the Gaza issue
Shargh devoted its editorial to Iran's position towards Israel’s war on the Gaza Strip and wrote: In the Palestinian-Israeli crisis, there are two main factors: The multi-million Palestinian population and Israel's military power. It has been 7 years that the second factor has not been able to win over the first and there is no need for Iran to play its military role. The Palestinians have used their main asset, i.e. maintaining their ideal and high population growth rate. If Israel's main problem is the wounded young Palestinian population, then Iran's military support for them is neither necessary nor relevant. But in contrast, Iran's "political support" for the Palestinian cause, like the support of other Muslim countries, will not create a special problem for Iran, even with a greater concentration. Rather, it will be considered a positive point and a winning card in foreign policy. The military option will be effective for Iran if the threat to Israel from the south (UAE) and north (Azerbaijan) is serious. In such a case, it is assumed that the military option is a deterrent and takes the time and boundaries of the conflict further. But, the risk of this battle is higher than the aforementioned potential threats.
Siasat-e-Rooz: Iran's warning to the supporters of the Zionist regime
Siasat-e-Rooz addressed Iran's warning to the U.S. that is supporting Israel in its crimes against the residents of the Gaza Strip. The newspaper said: Amir Abdollahian said in a conversation with Bloomberg TV at the office of Iran's representative to the United Nations in New York that "America advises others to show restraint, but it completely stands by Israel. If the United States continues what it has done so far, new fronts will be opened against it." Less than a day before Amir Abdollahian's interview, the U.S. declared that it had attacked two facilities allegedly linked to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps in Syria. Of course, American officials have admitted that they do not have proof of Iran's order to attack American forces, but they claimed that they hold Iran responsible for the actions of these groups. Western officials are concerned that Lebanese Hezbollah forces, which are backed by Iran, will launch a barrage of attacks that could overwhelm Israel's air defenses.
