Tel Aviv will soon be a flourishing Palestinian city

The Palestinian Islamic movements, such as Hamas and Islamic Jihad, have continued to achieve spectacular victories over the military might of the illegal Zionist regime, which had defeated the national armies of four Arab states on several occasions.

It is faith, coupled with determination and the acquisition of military technology, including missiles that ought to be upgraded, which have brought Israel to its knees, and Insha Allah (God Willing) will soon see establishment of a one single Palestinian state and government.

The following is a Viewpoint Column that appeared in this regard in Iran’s English language daily ‘Kayhan International’, titled: “Tel Aviv Will Soon be a Flourishing Palestinian City.”

Kayhan International wrote: “By the Grace of God, the Palestinian people will achieve the ultimate victory in the near future and form the government” – in the heart of their currently Zionist-usurped homeland.

“These prophetic words expressed on the last day of 2018 by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, as the digital clock keeps ticking in Tehran’s Palestine Square to his earlier prediction in 2015 that the illegal Zionist regime will not be on the world map in less than 25 years, indicates the pace of developments in the region, where in a futile bid to avert the inevitable, Israel and the unrepresentative Arab rulers who seem to have read the writing on the wall of their own demise, are busy establishing open diplomatic and all other relations.

“As a learned and farsighted Islamic scholar, possessing political prudence and blessed with a vision piercing the future, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in his meeting with Ziad an-Nakhala, the Secretary General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Resistance Movement, was not playing with words.

“He was neither indulging in rhetoric during his meeting with the guest from besieged Gaza, nor was he saying anything other than facts and realities when he noted the gradual strengthening of the Resistance Front in thwarting the frequent onslaughts of the Zionist military machine and making the aggressors sue for peace – in a decreasing number of days on each occasion.

“He rightly pointed out: “During the two last wars against the Resistance, the Zionist regime begged for ceasefire after 22 days in one case and after 8 days in another instance, while in the most recent conflict, the Qods occupying regime pleaded for ceasefire after only 48 hours. This means Israel has been brought to its knees.”

Kayhan International said: “Yes, resistance is the key to victory and defeat of the devilish plots of the enemies, as has been proven by the Palestinians of Gaza, by Lebanon’s legendry anti-terrorism movement the Hezbollah, by the Hashd ash-Sha’bi of Iraq, by the popular Ansarallah Movement of Yemen, and by the legal government of President Bashar al-Assad of Syria.

“It would not be an exaggeration to say that all the above parties, as well as the Bahrainis struggling against the repressive Aal-e Khalifa minority regime, and the oppressed people of countries as far apart as Afghanistan and Nigeria, have been inspired by the Islamic Republic of Iran and the indomitable spirit of the Iranian people in standing steadfast for the past forty years in the face of the satanic designs of the US, including economic sanctions and the 8-year war Washington had imposed in the 1980s through Saddam of the tyrannical Ba’th regime.

“It was not for no reason that the Father of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini, had called for weeding out of the cancerous tumour called Israel, and had said: If world Muslims were to unite and each pour a bucket of water the Zionist regime will be drowned.

“The man whose prophecy about the end of communism, exactly 30 years ago on January 2 in his letter to Mikhail Gorbachev of the erstwhile Soviet Union, came true, had taken practical steps to mobilize Iranians and world Muslims for the cherished goal of liberation of Palestine by designating the Last Friday of the fasting month of Ramadhan as Qods International Day.”

Kayhan International further remarked: “As a matter of fact, the huge annual rallies on this day in support of the struggle to liberate Bayt al-Moqaddas which have spread all over the world, are among the causes for the emergence of Islamic movements in Palestine such as Hamas, Islamic Jihad, etc.

“It is these movements and their refusal to compromise with the devil which have unnerved the Zionists and their godfather the US, whose quixotic head in May 2018 made a foolishly desperate move to relocate the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Bayt al-Moqaddas.

“Donald Trump, who in league with the treasonous heads of Arab reactionary regimes, is calling his stupid decision “deal of the century” which he thinks would crush once and for all the aspirations of the Palestinians, is grossly unaware of the factor of unity, both amongst the Palestinians and the Muslim Ummah worldwide.

“No matter what measures the Americans and their clients take they cannot change neither their own impending fate nor that of the Zionist regime, whose townships and cities, including Tel Aviv (built around the Arab sea port of Jaffa), will soon be depopulated of the illegal settlers from Europe and other parts of the world, to become the centres of administration of the one single Palestinian state, stretching from the Mediterranean Sea in the west to the River Jordan in the east and from Sinai in the south to the borders of Lebanon in the north. 

“Since this is Divine Will, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Iranian people firmly stand beside the Palestinian Muslim people, and this is the message Ziad an-Nakhla, Mahmoud az-Zahar (co-founder of Hamas) and other revolutionary leaders will be taking back to Gaza from Tehran.”
